Welcome to Kwinana Early Learning Centre

Our Centre

  • Licensed for 57 places for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
  • The centre is located adjacent to Peter Carnley Primary School.
  • The centre is fresh, bright and provides a warm and friendly environment to all families and staff.
  • The service operates from two separate buildings on the one property. The centre has a Babies room (0-2 years), two cot rooms, a staff room and laundry in one building. The Toddler room (2-3 years) with a separate sleep room, Kindy room (3-6 years), kitchen and office are located in the second building.
  • The Toddler and Kindy children have a large developmentally appropriate outdoor environment with fixed play equipment and real grass. The Baby room has a separate outdoor environment. All outdoor areas are set up with equipment that enhances the children’s movement and learning.
  • Large car park at the front of both buildings.
  • Qualified and experienced staff members in each room.
  • Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
  • Highly Accredited Centre.

Our Services

  • An educational program based on children’s individual and group observations of their development and interests is provided for each age group. The centre also includes special event days into their program. One multicultural day, dress-up day and visitor day a month.
  • Offers Before and After School care drop off and pick ups to and from Peter Carnley Primary, Leda Primary, Orelia Primary and Medina Primary.
  • Vacation Care offered to primary school aged children.
  • Provides nutritionally balanced home cooked meals. Where possible the centre can also cater for special dietary requirements.
  • The centre is equipped with age appropriate toys, equipment and resources for all age groups.
  • Enrolled children are able to attend ‘Happy Feet’, a weekly music and movement program and ‘Bluearth’, a weekly physical fitness program.
  • Staff attend regular training on Early Childhood Development and review the most up to date information for implementation at the centre.
