Welcome to Northam Early Learning Centre

Our Centre

  • Licensed for 52 places for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
  • The centre is located in a beautiful country town next door to Northam Primary School.
  • The centre has a warm and friendly family orientated atmosphere.
  • The centre has a Babies room (0-2 years), a Toddler & Kindy room (2-6 years).
  • Before and After School Care available
  • Each room also has an age appropriate outdoor environment set up with stimulating equipment to enhance the children’s movement and learning. The large Kindy playground has a large covered area, sandpit and fixed play equipment with soft fall.
  • The centre has a central eating area where the Toddler and Kindy children eat their meals in a family orientated environment.
  • Air conditioning and heating throughout.
  • Accredited Centre.

Our Services

  • An educational program based on children’s individual and group observations of their development and interests is provided for each age group.
  • The centre also includes special event days into their program. One multicultural day, dress-up day and visitor day a month.
  • The centre promotes healthy eating through information and education to children and families.
  • The centre is equipped with age appropriate equipment and resources for all age groups.
  • Staff attend regular training on Early Childhood Development and review the most up to date information for implementation at the centre.

  • We believe that all children, their families and caregivers should have access to quality childcare in a caring, safe and accepting environment.
  • We believe that caring quality staff are key factors to the provision of this environment.
  • We also acknowledge that the care provided to these children and families must be done in a way that includes the services community and neighbourhood.
